TERMS: Contract
SCOPE OF WORK
• Partner with Product Owners, business stakeholders, UX teams, content authors, and engineering teams to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Translate business needs into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed functional specifications
• Manage and refine the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities, strategic objectives, and roadmap initiatives
• Lead backlog grooming, sprint refinement sessions, and support sprint planning activities within Agile delivery teams
• Collaborate with engineering and content teams to design and deliver scalable content management and digital experience solutions
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions and drive alignment across product, technology, architecture, security, and QA teams
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, release readiness activities, production validation, and post-release support
• Monitor dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery progress using Jira and Confluence
• Act as a trusted advisor on AEM capabilities, best practices, and digital experience solutions
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and Generative AI capabilities to improve content creation, content governance, personalization, workflow automation, search experiences, and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to define, evaluate, and prioritize AI-driven use cases that deliver measurable business value
REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
• 6-10 years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or a similar role
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as a Cloud Service
• Strong knowledge of AEM Sites, content authoring, and content lifecycle management

• User Roles and Permissions
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution designs
• Experience managing product backlogs, supporting roadmap planning, and driving business-value-based prioritization
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and participation in Agile ceremonies
• Experience managing stories, defects, dependencies, and release activities using Jira and Confluence
• Experience working effectively with business stakeholders, product teams, developers, architects, QA teams, and content authors
• Experience supporting UAT, production validation, release management, and deployment readiness activities
• Experience participating in AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, intelligent automation, or digital transformation initiatives
• Understanding of how AI technologies can enhance content management, personalization, customer engagement, workflow automation, and digital experiences
PREFERRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
• Experience with AEM Assets or enterprise Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms
• Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products, including

• Understanding of APIs, GraphQL, headless CMS architectures, and third-party integrations
• Experience supporting multilingual, multisite, or multibrand AEM implementations
• Knowledge of SEO, accessibility, content governance, analytics, personalization, and digital experience best practices
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON
• Experience supporting content migration, AEM modernization, cloud transformation, or digital transformation programs
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, AI-assisted content generation, conversational AI, AI governance, and responsible AI practices
