One of Infonet's premier clients has an opening for a Product Analyst. (1508)
TERMS: Contract
SCOPE OF WORK
• Responsible for all analysis related to delivering and managing the lifecycle of consumer web features related to the role’s supported product(s)
• Provide key inputs to product roadmap management to maximize the customer experience
• Collaborate with the Product Owner, User Experience, Engineering, Business Intelligence, QA, business stakeholders, and Support teams as well as the broader organization, to provide the best possible solutions and recommendations
• Collaborate with Product Owner and stakeholders to define and document feature requirements.
• Collaborate and provide business guidance to the software implementation team (programmers and testers) to ensure requirements are correctly understood and completed/validated
• Gather, analyze, and diagram project requirements using different approaches based on the needs of the feature/request and the team
• Write and manage implementation requests through research spikes, user stories, and/or bugs
• Uncover existing dependencies between requests (enhancements, changes, bugs) and/or existing legacy applications or business rules in order to determine their impact on the project
• Maintain updated documentation in before, during, and after the development process to ensure coherence between the original requests, all approved changes, and the final behavior of the application
• Triage issues/bugs during the development process to determine root causes, possible resolutions, and production issues to route them to the correct teams
• Assist with feature/story traceability from requirement inception to product delivery
REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
• Understanding of web system architecture and how it integrates with other applications, services layers, downstream systems, and third-party tools
