One of Infonet's premier clients has an opening for a Sr. AI Content Specialist. (1233)
TERMS: Contract
SCOPE OF WORK
• Own day-to-day content operations supporting AI experiences
• Structure and maintain entity-level content (ships, venues, destinations, policies) within the knowledge base framework
• Use content review tools to manage content inputs. Audit flagged issues, take action on outdated or incorrect content, and support the human-in-the-loop review workflows that keep AI responses accurate and consistent
• Support AI answer quality evaluation by contributing test questions and checking AI responses against expected answers
• Flag low-confidence, ambiguous, or incorrect AI responses for structured tracking and resolution
• Work with Editorial and Content Strategy teams on content improvements and new content. Coverage stays brand-aligned; AI answer quality and knowledge completeness keep getting better
• Make sure brand voice and brand-specific details are accurately represented while staying consistent within shared entity models
• Identify contradictions
• Support conflict resolution workflows
• Improve completeness and accuracy
• Work with brand, product, and content teams so offerings are properly represented in our AI experiences
• Partner with content authors, CMS teams, and Product to keep ingestion into AI systems accurate
• Help reduce AI hallucinations (when AI invents information that isn't true)
• Keep source content clear and consistent
• Flag risk areas in AI responses
• Run QA reviews and ongoing content maintenance
• Analyze content performance signals, including retrieval success and failure patterns, to find gaps that affect AI response quality
• Provide data-grounded insights and recommendations that improve content performance and retrieval accuracy
• Track and report on content health metrics (coverage, freshness, consistency)
• Work with engineering and product teams on improvements to ingestion, search, and retrieval
• Support testing and validation for new AI features and capabilities
