TERMS: Contract
SCOPE OF WORK
• Develop and maintain the product strategy, roadmap, and digital experience vision for co brand credit card acquisition and spend optimization, aligned to portfolio and loyalty KPIs
• Lead targeting, segmentation, and offer strategy in partnership with Brand, CRM, and Bank of America teams
• Drive continuous testing and optimization using customer insights, behavioral economics principles, and performance analytics
• Manage end to end delivery of digital acquisition and card engagement experiences across app, web, pre cruise commerce flows, shoreside environments, and shipboard contexts
• Collaborate with engineering to define and build new capabilities for campaign deployment, offer management, targeting logic, and eligibility workflows
• Author, prioritize, and refine user stories; manage a Jira backlog; lead grooming, sprint planning, and acceptance testing
• Serve as the connective tissue across Digital, Commerce, Loyalty, Brand, and bank partners — driving alignment, clarity, and decision making
• Partner closely with Design to ensure experiences are intuitive, accessible, and reflective of premium brand standards
• Lead the execution of co brand advertising campaigns across mobile app, web, shoreside screens, and shipboard digital signage within the ad network platform
• Oversee quarterly acquisition promotions, special sailings, and pre approval / pre qualification experiences
• Conduct monthly audits of promotional placements; ensure all creative and copy meet brand, legal, and bank compliance standards
• Partner with Data & Business Analysts to build reporting dashboards and evolve metrics that measure acquisition and spend effectiveness, funnel performance, and digital experience health
• Leverage business insights, OKRs, and customer research to prioritize roadmap initiatives and adjust strategy
• Support shipboard acquisition strategy through digital placements, crew driven programs, and contextual offer delivery
• Collaborate with Commerce teams to embed co brand awareness and promotions within shopping and checkout flows
REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally within credit cards, loyalty, or digital financial services
• Demonstrated success launching and scaling mobile and web products, including familiarity with modern app technologies and digital payments ecosystems
• Strong knowledge of credit card acquisition funnels, spend driving mechanics, P&L drivers, and reward structures
• Experience defining product vision, roadmap planning, and OKR based prioritization
• Expertise in behavioral design, user engagement psychology, and conversion optimization
• Exceptional collaboration skills with cross functional teams including engineering, marketing, analytics, legal, and external bank partners
• Strong analytical abilities with comfort using data to drive decisions, influence stakeholders, and measure impact
PREFERRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
• Experience with co brand card programs and acquisition/engagement strategies
PREFERRED EDUCATION
• Bachelor’s or advanced degrees (MS, MBA)
TRAVEL REQUIREMENT
• Yes – Willingness to travel as needed to Miami and shipboard environments
