TERMS: Contract

SCOPE OF WORK

• Configure and set up tablets for the mobile application, including installing, updating, and validating application functionality
• Support firewall configuration and monitoring (basic rule creation, troubleshooting connectivity issues)
• Troubleshoot and resolve device level, application level, network, and connectivity issues
• Assist in VPN setup and remote access configuration
• Maintain IT documentation and asset records
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve issues
• Ensure adherence to IT security policies and standards
• Travel to ships for setup and support

REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

• 1–2 years of experience in a technical support, product analyst, IT support, or similar role
• Strong understanding of client-server architecture
• Basic knowledge of cloud-based applications and environments
• Familiarity with AI concepts/ fundamentals
• Understanding of layered network architecture, protocols and security concepts
• Basic understanding of data and logs for troubleshooting
• Ability to diagnose and isolate technical issues

PREFERRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

• Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools
• Basic SQL or log analysis experience
• Experience building/ leveraging AI agents
• Experience supporting SaaS or cloud-hosted applications
• Exposure to QA or application testing
• Presentation experience/ skills

PREFERRED EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or comparable experience

TRAVEL REQUIREMENT

• Yes – Position would require some travel to visit the business partners that we support, up to 50%
• Travel to port of Miami, Weston and potentially ships
