Job Description

One of Infonet's premier clients has an opening for a Support Engineer. (7893)

TERMS: Contract

SCOPE OF WORK

• Application support that includes: Assa Abloy (VING), CCTV, eMustering, Stateroom Automation and others
• Duty Phone (24/7 on 2-week rotation within the team).
• Work on ticketed issues
• Document issues, troubleshoot guides, install guides, etc.
• Certify new equipment and applications
• Work remote with the fleet of ships and the respective IT staff
• Work with the application vendors and the business on upgrades, deployments, projects on site and remotely
• Work closely with the infrastructure, network, and security teams for issue resolution
