One of Infonet's premier clients has an opening for a Junior Support Technician.
SCOPE OF WORK
• Responsible for supporting end users in a corporate environment onsite
• Provide onsite and remote support to end users and assist with utilization of the computing environment and available local and cloud-based computing resources
• Assist and support business users with various computing issues onsite and remotely
• Install and maintain desktop hardware, peripherals, and client software
• Participate in continuous educational training and advancement
PREFERRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
• 2 years of technical support
• To/From various South Florida client locations
